Every number describes public posts, not people. Online posts come from people who chose to post, so there is no margin of error, and we say so in every report. Instead we show 95% intervals: how precisely each share is measured among the analysed posts.
Every analysis we deliver is fingerprinted and timestamped at delivery. That proves it has not been changed since, not that it is right, and we say so.

Does it replace our own research?
No. It's a fast extra layer you can put next to your own data.
How do you treat volume?
Volume charts show how much was posted. They are labelled as volume, not as the posts we analysed.
Which platforms do you cover?
All of these are included in every package, and we pick the right mix for each topic: X, Reddit, YouTube and TikTok as the core; Facebook (public pages and public posts only) and Instagram (public comments on public accounts and hashtags); Threads, Bluesky and Truth Social (public posts and replies); public Telegram channels and public Discord servers; LinkedIn for business topics; and Twitch live chat, when it fits the topic, for minute-by-minute mood during live events.
What about WhatsApp, Signal, Snapchat and Telegram?
We only analyse public content: posts and comments anyone can see without being invited. WhatsApp and Signal are built for private, end-to-end encrypted chats and groups, and private conversations are never part of our analyses. Most of Snapchat is private messages and disappearing stories, so there is very little public conversation to analyse. If your topic is big on Snapchat, we usually find the same conversation on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Telegram is partly covered: we analyse public channels, never private chats or closed groups.
Can we choose the platforms and the period ourselves?
Yes, if you want to. Tell us which platforms and which period you need, and we analyse exactly that. If you leave it to us, we pick the platforms that matter for your topic and analyse the last 30 days, or from the event onwards. We can go up to 12 months back. The platforms and the period are always stated in the analysis.
